# Manual Mode

Manual Mode grants Administrators full control over the classification process, empowering them to apply their judgment and expertise to categorize files according to specific requirements. In this mode, they have the flexibility to review file content and make decisions based on related understanding. By manually assigning labels, they ensure precise classification that aligns with organizational policies and standards. Manual Mode is particularly suitable for scenarios where human judgments are essential for accurate file categorization.

In the manual classification mode, Administrators have the option to specify whether classification is mandatory or not for specific files or documents. By selecting the checkbox for <img src="/files/nCXbN3JsCTCJm4JPnbD7" alt="" data-size="line">.

After creating the classification group, Administrators can further customize it by adding labels tailored to their specific requirements. This process begins by accessing the classification group and clicking on the "add label" button.

Through this action, admins initiate the creation of new labels that will be associated with the group. These labels serve as identifiers for categorizing files based on their content and sensitivity. Administrators can define the name, description, and classification criteria for each label, ensuring that files are accurately classified and managed within the system.

In the example provided, the Administrator has developed the classification group by adding three different labels: "normal," "sensitive," and "very sensitive." These labels are essential in categorizing files based on their varying levels of sensitivity. Upon applying these labels to files, users are prompted to select the most appropriate classification from the available options, ensuring that each file receives the appropriate level of protection and handling.&#x20;

Administrators have the option to adjust the priority of labels by selecting the radio button for changing label priority. This feature allows administrators to customize the order in which labels are applied to files based on their organization's specific requirements. By dragging and rearranging labels, administrators can effectively prioritize certain classifications over others, ensuring that files are labeled accurately and in accordance with organizational policies and standards.

When configuring policies within the system, Administrators have the flexibility to associate multiple classification groups to a single policy, so enabling full and file classification.

Enabling the mandatory option for manual classification mode ensures that users must assign labels to files before saving or sending them. This requirement enhances data governance by ensuring consistent and accurate classification of files according to organizational standards.

#### AI Data Discovery

In the Cybral Guard portal, administrators have access to the AI data discovery feature, which allows them to set restrictions based on international rules and regulations. These restrictions train the AI to recognize and label files that fall under these regulations.&#x20;

If users attempt to add different labels to these files, the AI will interfere and ensure that they are classified according to the predefined restrictions, therefore maintaining compliance with international rules and regulations.
