# AI Mode

In AI mode, the system employs artificial intelligence algorithms to automatically categorize files based on predetermined criteria. By attaching advanced machine learning techniques, AI Mode significantly updates the classification process. Through complete analysis of file content, including text, images, and other data, the AI engine quickly identifies relevant characteristics and assigns appropriate labels. This mode is ideal for organizations seeking to enhance efficiency and productivity by automating the classification workflow and minimizing manual intervention.

When administrators select the AI classification mode, this mode becomes mandatory for all user files. This means that every file uploaded or created by users within the organization will undergo automatic classification using artificial intelligence algorithms. The AI classification mode ensures consistent and efficient categorization of files based on predefined criteria and patterns.

Administrators have the flexibility to modify the classification mode by accessing the classification group settings and making the necessary adjustments. Within the admin portal, administrators can navigate to the classification group associated with the desired mode and initiate edits.
