Scheduled Reports

The Scheduled Report page provides users with a complete platform to manage and customize reports that are automatically sent to their email addresses. Users can specify the content, frequency, and timing of these reports according to their preferences and organizational needs.

At the top of the page, users can specify filtering parameters to refine their search for specific reports. These parameters include frequency, template selection, and start and end dates. Once users have defined their filtering criteria, they can click on the "Filter" button to initiate the search process.

The frequency parameter allows users to select the desired frequency of report delivery, such as weekly, monthly, or custom intervals. This helps users narrow down the search to reports that match their preferred reporting pace.

On the left-hand side of the page, users have access to a search bar where they can conveniently look for recipients by entering their email addresses.

  • In the upper half of the page, users can find detailed information about the selected template. This section provides insights into the specific parameters and attributes of the template, offering users clarity on its configuration and purpose. Below the template details, the second tile displays essential statistics regarding the files included in the template. Users can view the total number of files included by the template, along with the corresponding classification groups assigned to these files. Additionally, the tile presents the percentage of files classified manually versus those classified using artificial intelligence (AI). Moreover, users can determine the accuracy of AI classification through the displayed AI accuracy percentage.

This list provides a full overview of the file formats and categories within the template, enabling users to understand the scope of data covered by the classification process.

  • In the example provided, the template includes two different classification groups, each serving specific purposes within the data classification framework. For each classification group, the associated files are listed along with their corresponding labels and departments. This detailed breakdown offers users full insights into the classification process, allowing them to understand how different files are categorized and organized within the template. By presenting files together with their labels and departments, users can easily identify the classification criteria applied to each file and separate the departments to which they belong.

Moreover, users can review a breakdown of the types of files classified under each respective report template. Additionally, users can distinguish whether these files were classified manually or through the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, which aids in understanding the classification process and its accuracy. By presenting this information upfront, the Regulations & Sensitive Data Template page empowers users to gain clear insights into their organization.

  • In the Regulations & Sensitive Data Template page, users will find a complete listing of departments associated with regulation reports, as well as sensitive data department reports. This organized display enables users to easily access and navigate through the many departments within the organization that have corresponding reports.

  • The Inclusive page: serves as a centralized platform for generating collective reports about classification data, regulations, and sensitive data. Users can access a range of options for creating comprehensive reports that consolidate diverse aspects of data management and compliance.

It's common for reporting pages to maintain a consistent structure across different categories such as classification data, regulations, sensitive data, and inclusive reports. This consistency ensures that users can easily navigate and understand the reporting interface regardless of the specific type of report they are accessing.

It's typical for sent reports to be listed below the reporting interface, organized by their respective template names and recipient email addresses.

Users can manage their reports effectively by utilizing the provided editing and deletion functionalities. By clicking on the corresponding buttons, users can initiate actions to modify the content of existing reports or remove them from the system entirely.

When a user clicks on any of the listed templates, they will access detailed information regarding the report generation date and their respective status.

Users can print each specific report by utilizing this button located at the top right-hand corner of the page.
