This dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of the number of files matching your specified regulations and sensitive data criteria, along with their mapping to departments and labels within your organization's system. CYBRAL GUARD offers a comprehensive interface divided into two tabs: **Regulations** and **Sensitive Data**. These tabs provide users with detailed insights and management capabilities regarding regulatory compliance and sensitive data handling within the organization.

In the Regulation Dashboard's **Regulations** tab, users can observe a representation of the number of files that align with the total regulations integrated into the system.

On the left-hand side of the Regulation Dashboard, users will notice that the total number of regulations integrated into the system is currently set at 4. Users will find drop-down menus corresponding to Departments and Servers. Within these menus, users can select specific departments or servers to focus their analysis on regulatory compliance management within those areas. Upon selecting a department or server, the total number of files that obey the chosen regulations will appear at the top of each menu.

Users can seamlessly navigate through departments listed in the menu by simply clicking on their desired department. Upon clicking, a window will open, revealing the users associated with files linked to the selected department.

Users enjoy the flexibility to select regulations directly from the chart displayed in the center of the page. This dynamic selection is reflected in both the left-hand side and right-hand side filters, offering users a streamlined and synchronized experience in exploring regulatory compliance data.

On the right-hand side of the Regulation Dashboard, users can view label statistics that dynamically adjust based on their selections made on the regulations chart. This interactive feature enhances users' ability to analyze and understand label statistics in the context of their chosen regulations, facilitating more informed decision-making and regulatory compliance efforts.

Files are organized by the specific regulations they follow across the [server](https://manual.cybral.com/server-scanner). The same system applies to sensitive data, making it easy to track and manage.

In the **Sensitive Data** section of the dashboard, users encounter features similar to those found in the Regulations page, but tailored to data sensitivity categories such as location, medical condition, passport number, and more. This specialized section enables users to monitor and manage sensitive data based on predefined sensitivity categories, ensuring strong data protection and compliance with privacy regulations.

In the Sensitive Data section of the dashboard, users can select categories directly from the chart displayed above, and their selection will dynamically reflect in the left-hand side menu.
